Lilligant's wish

Lilligants to fly one day but unfortunately she is not a flying type or is able to levitate so she dreamed one day about whats it like being in the sky, with a very tall tree stump there making her not fall, she is waving at you because you are in a hot air balloon and is in her dream

This took some time and alot of effort so I appreciate some feedback~
